Thanks for visiting our new website and patron services portal!Over the past few months, we have been busy behind the scenes transitioning a new software system for our tickets, donations and website. With the new system, you will see many improvements to your online experience, including access to a personal account where you may update your contact details and preferences, review your ticket orders and check your donation history.
All existing customers will receive an email from us with details on how to access your new online account. If you have not received this email by Friday, September 29, please first check your Spam folder, and then if you still don't have it, please contact our Patron Services team for assistance: 713.527.0123 or firstname.lastname@example.org. Patron Services hours are 12:00pm– 6:30pm Monday through Saturday and 12:00pm– 4:00pm Sunday.
